Ultrasound Cellulite Treatment
Ultrasound has been used in physiotherapy for many years. Recently, ultrasound began to actively use in aesthetic medicine, because its impact turned out to be diverse and effective. The most widely usage ultrasound received in a combined cellulite treatment.
Ultrasound cellulite treatment nowadays is the only way that will allow you to get rid of fibrous cellulite in 3-4 stages. And there is only one "but" to which attention should be paid: not all devices used in cosmetics have an optimum range of ultrasonic waves. That means that not all waves can reach the desired depth and desired results. To combat cellulite, very low ultrasound frequency is required — about 30 kHz.
That frequency is necessary in order to infiltrate and influence the fibrous connective fibers, to provide a significant therapeutic effect and to save you, finally, from "orange peel".
As you probably known, there are subcutaneous fatty tissue fibrosis, thickening, impaired lymphatic and blood circulation in case of cellulite. Penetrating deeply into the tissues, ultrasonic vibrations destroy the connective tissue bridges between the fat cells, which greatly increases the effectiveness of anti cellulite therapy. And also improves lymph circulation in the impact zone, stimulates metabolism, and normalizes the structure of collagen. In the fibrotic stage of cellulite, when the state of tissue is extremely run, only including of ultrasound cellulite treatment in the physiotherapy interventions can achieve positive results.
The mechanisms of ultrasound action:
- Mechanical.Ultrasound causes vibrations of the cells back and forth. For example, at a frequency of 880 kHz ultrasonic vibration of cells is 880 thousand times per second. What happens: massage occurs at the cellular level; the permeability of cell membranes increases, resulting in improved cellular metabolism; resorption of thickening of cellulite.
- Thermal. There is a local increase in temperature in the tissues of 1-2 degrees that causes an acceleration of metabolic processes by 13%.
- Physicochemical. Associated to the rearrangement of intracellular structures. Results: increased production of enzymes; enhanced cell division; activated fibroblasts; increased production of collagen, elastin; enhanced synthesis of hyaluronic acid; depolarization of hyaluronic acid occurs, resulting in resorption of scarring, adhesions, and fibrous tissue.
During ultrasound therapy, a stable (fixed position of the radiator) and labile (moving a radiator in the impact zone) method can be used.
Ultrasound cellulite treatment is used for:
- aging skin
- post-acne, seborrheic skin
- correction of the body (cellulite stages 04/03)
- to remove the scar
Ultrasound cellulite treatment is contraindicated with:
- golden threads
- coronary heart disease, hypertension
- benign disease entity
- blood disease, a tendency to bleed
- acute infectious process, fevers, acute inflammation
- pregnancy
- tuberculosis, gastric and duodenal ulcers
- thrombophlebitis, thrombosis, varicose veins
- tumor malignant, benign, prone to growth
- vascular insufficiency, coronary heart disease, angina, hypertension (above the second stage), atrial fibrillation
- thyrotoxicosis 2 and stage 3, expressed forms of endocrinopathies
- d
iencephalic p athology with crisis states
- diabetes, severe
- condition after laminectomy
- skin lesions, skin infections, inflammation, nevus
- swelling of the tissues of all degrees and post-operative
Procedures of ultrasound therapy is completely painless. Under the action of ultrasound only for 5-7 sessions, fat cells are released from the most dense walls of connective tissue, and your skin regains elasticity!
